I am a Year 2 LLB student, born and raised in Hong Kong. I went through the local education system and took my DSEs, having studied physics and biology as my electives and the usual core subjects. I did quite well in my exams, and I credit these successes to having a "keep it simple" approach to studying and not trying to confuse myself with too many "get-smart-quick" tactics that are often quite popular among secondary school students --- especially in English learning, for which there are several celebrity tutoring schools that promote rote learning. Learning shouldn't be done this way and especially not language learning. I hope to do my part in making students comfortable with growing by making mistakes and finding confidence along the way.
