I speak and write English and Filipino on a daily basis. I have written papers, and delivered trainings/orientations in both languages. Formal Filipino is much harder to learn since the words are a lot deeper, and are rarely used. Except for when you are in the academe or legal industry. In my opinion, the speaking part of Danish is quite easy to learn, when you first have gotten the grip of some funny pronouncements of words. We don't use formal or informal speaking, except if you were to meet the Queen. The written part of Danish is more difficult, as there is a lot of strange pronouncement compared to how it's written.
