I was born and raised in Italy in a small town in the Marche region. After graduating in Foreign Languages (English and French), I decided to move to the UK, where I have been living for almost seven years. In fact, I have always loved languages with a keen interest in English in particular. I still remember that I was so excited when I learned my very first word: “yellow”. What was your first Italian word? What will it be? I am curious to find out! While living in the UK, I have had different jobs: I worked as a customer service advisor, waitress and public service interpreter. I have been studying Ancient Greek and Latin for more than 20 years: this is the basis for a deep knowledge of Italian language. I teach students (14th -18th years old) Greek and Latin as part time, and I also write poem and prose (I wrote some scripts for the famous Italian soap opera "Un posto al sole" and for TV200). As Italian tutor I tent to unify the grammar with the spoken language, often basing the lessons on writtent contents wich evolve in dialogue; speaking fluently doesn't mean not to know deeply the often complex rules of the Italian language. Repeating Italian sentences is another key to learn quickly the language. Books, songs, shows and movies are used often as grammar and language references.
