Hello, Kamusta ka? I am Cha Cha from Leyte. I am a businesswoman and a part-time tutor. I have my TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) certificate. I choose Waray since there is no Tutor for this language, and more foreign people are also willing to know how to speak Waray but I can also teach Tagalog. I used to work as a Farm Trainer and Registrar at a Farm School here in Leyte. Now, I would like to teach my native Language which is Waray but I can also teach Tagalog to people who are keen on learning it, may it be for basic daily conversation at home, or when you're travelling, shopping, buying groceries, ordering food, and many other things. I will guide you every step of the way to be able to understand the Waray/Filipino language a lot easier and express yourself in Waray/Filipino in a more natural way without having to use those deep Waray/Filipino words. I do teaching online and meet-ups depending on the agreement. I encourage my students to talk a lot and learn through arts and entertainment, such as movies, telenovelas, books, plays, apps, and more. Don't worry; I'll guide you, and you can ask me anytime.

Hi, I’m Randy Dela Cruz — someone who’s always juggling a few passions at once. At my core, I’m a professional who values growth, a creative thinker who loves solving problems in new ways, and a lifelong basketball player who’s learned just as much from the court as from the workplace. In my professional life, I’m all about consistency, accountability, and progress. I’ve worked in roles that require a sharp eye for detail, strong communication, and the ability to think on my feet. I enjoy being part of a team, taking on new challenges, and finding smart, simple solutions to complex problems. For me, showing up professionally isn’t just about meeting deadlines or dressing the part — it’s about treating people with respect, staying adaptable, and always being prepared to bring my best. Creativity plays a big role in how I approach work and life. Whether I’m brainstorming ideas, building something from scratch, or looking at a process that could use a refresh, I’m always trying to see things differently. I’m curious by nature and believe that creativity isn’t just about art — it’s about imagination, perspective, and being willing to ask questions others might not. Outside of work, basketball has been a huge part of my story. I’ve been playing for as long as I can remember, and the game has taught me so many life lessons — how to lead, how to stay focused under pressure, how to lose with grace, and bounce back even stronger. It’s also kept me grounded, disciplined, and connected to a great community of people. What ties everything together for me — whether it’s in my career, on the court, or in creative spaces — is a deep drive to keep learning, improving, and building meaningful connections. I like being around people who are passionate, humble, and always evolving. I’m not afraid of hard work, and I don’t shy away from challenges. In fact, I welcome them. At the end of the day, whether I’m pitching an idea, leading a team, or diving for a loose ball, I bring the same energy: focused, driven, and ready to make a difference. I care about doing great work — but just as importantly, I care about how I do it. I value preparation, communication, and being someone people can rely on. I’m always looking for that next challenge that will stretch my thinking and sharpen my skills. Every project, team, or client interaction is a chance to get better — not just at what I do, but at how I do it.

Learn Waray online or offline with the best private Waray tutors. Private Waray lessons will be held by TUTOROO tutors directly and custom-made for your private learning needs. Learn Waray effectively with the help of a native speaking Waray tutor. Have fun learning a new language!
TUTOROO is a website that connects you with private, in-person language tutors. We now work with 350,000 tutors in more than 160 cities. We match genuine native speakers with people who want to enhance their conversational skills in any language at their preferred place and time.
The most difficult part in learning a foreign language is the practice, which can be acquired only by conversing with a native speaker. For people willing to practice foreign languages, it is difficult to find a private language tutor who lives or works in their city. TUTOROO has been designed to provide a frictionless experience while connecting tutors to students, for private in-person language lessons.
