Hi, I’m Myeonghoon. It would be a pleasure to share my lifelong knowledge—all things Korean—with you and help you go further faster by addressing your challenges.

I’ll lead you in the right direction. For example, I will help you to gain insights into not only Korean language but also Korean culture. The Korean culture can be truly appreciated with a good understanding of the Korean language.

If you’re just beginning, I’ll show you proper ways to pronounce Korean letters. I’ll then teach you advanced pronunciation rules to help you speak with clarity.

We will shift our focus onto grammar through practice at first and self-expression. This will help you to understand the language and make it your own.

I will clarify how each grammatical suffix or particle functions and exactly when you can use it. At the same time, we will read into fine lines between nuanced expressions. Next, we’ll personalise this knowledge through conversational practice about varied topics.

Once you learn essential vocabulary needed for an immersive Korean-learning environment, we will transition to mainly-Korean-spoken lessons during which you'll learn Korean in Korean.

I’ve helped scores of students in the last five years whom I now call dear friends. My major is in Korean Language & Culture. As a permanent resident in Australia, I won’t surprise you during our course with the news that I will be returning to Korea.
