Personal background: I am a third-generation Japanese, born and raised in Sao Paulo, Brazil but I communicate with my family in Japanese since I was a child. My grandparents of both sides were born in Japan and immigrated to Brazil before WWI. I have been to Japan in a scholarship program in 2013 and traveled there for my holidays and visiting relatives.
