Dear student, my name is Vitalii! Since the last year the Ukrainian language became extremely popular for learning by foreigners, as the whole country showed itself to be more attractive for people from another countries. Currently, I'm a PhD student at Taras Shevchenko University Institute of International Relations and I'm doing my PhD thesis. At the same time, Moreover, I'm a governmental official as I work at the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine (I also worked at the Ministry for Digital Transformation of Ukraine and in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine). That's not just a question of my career. I mentioned my job, as according to the Law of Ukraine all the state officials of Ukraine have to prove the knowledge of the mothertongue (C2 is demanded), so even though I'm a Ukrainian citizen, I had to provide a certificate that I speak Ukrainian language fluently. At the same time, I have IELTS C1 that means, I'll be able to understandand fully a foreigner and to teach him/her the Ukrainian language on the highest possible level. I also did my Master's at Leiden University, so dealing with foreigners wouldn't be a problem for me, as after living in Leiden, I'm familiar with your culture and approaches to studying.
