My learning method is based on interactions.
A clear definition of educational objectives, then the use of games and workshops for the implementation phase: because we play, our mental resistance decreases, and the information then easily enters our brain.
It is not a session, it is a process.
The commitment of the participants is very simple: if they do actions, if they are active, they do tasks and are therefore definitely engaged.
