I am a French American artist and curator working at Alte Muenze in the centre of Berlin over the summer/fall. I was born in the North East part of France called Alsace, from two english speaking parents. I have completed all my lower education in France, the Baccalaureate and passed the TOEFL in order to go to the University of Edinburgh (2016-2021). Now holds a double MA degree in History of Art and Fine Art.
I have done three academic exchanges over the course of 2018-2019, first I went to Canada at NSCAD and then Paris La Sorbonne, where I gave french and english lessons to a variety of people. Ranging from 5 years old, to 13, 16, 21 and 37 (and many more!). It was a great way to get in touch with local and foreign people and I was able to adapt my class accordingly to their needs. Some wanted a basic french introductory class, others needed help with school work. Some wanted conversation skills, job interviews etc...
My final exchange was at Michaelis School of Fine Art in Cape Tow, South Africa, where I was an art teachers assistant during 3 months. This enabled me to be attentive to the needs of my students, and to create pedagogical projects accordingly.
I therefore has been through multiple styles of education, from hight school to academia. I am very adaptable in the way you would wish to be taught.
It depends on what level, and what knowledge you have at the start.
Again, it depends on what you are looking for, what level you need.
