I've taught at the elementary, middle, high school, and college levels in the US over the last 8 years, either Spanish or English language. Here in Seoul I teach and see the constant need for more help and tutors for English classes. I love language and love to watch that "click" moment and see a student's eyes light up when they understand.
Depending on your native language, English will be harder or easier to learn but it's never an insurmountable hurdle. Daily practice is the key to all language learning but that doesn't mean you need to tutor daily. I've always recommended 2-3 times a week, so that you can practice your days off in other ways. If you have the drive though, 5+ days a week will allow you to grasp the language much faster. No matter what you choose, just remember practice makes perfect with all languages and English is no different!
Start with some classes and/or tutors. After a few months, join into a conversation group where you'll have expats looking to practice their Korean while also letting the Koreans practice their English with native speakers!
Luckily, Seoul is a very international city which means there's plenty of native speakers all over the place!
