I'm from Osaka. It is no exaggeration to say that Osaka is the most interesting city in Japan. Moreover, Osaka has an interesting dialect. I issue an invoice as a registered business operator upon request. “In any endeavor, the beginning is crucial.” I have been teaching for over 10 years, so I am super familiar with common and frequent errors made by English speakers (including those whose second language is English). Having direct translations from English, lack of (prior) teacher attention, and repetitive training are the causes I presume. Most of my intermediate students, who have had me after finishing a beginner level, have elemental errors, such as incorrect particles, adjective conjugations, and connections between adjectives (yes, these grammar rules don’t exist in European languages!). It is difficult to correct these mistakes after "Linguistic Fossilization" (the process in which incorrect language becomes a habit and cannot easily be corrected). To avoid this, I focus on the differences between Japanese and English and offer intensive sessions. Of course, making many mistakes is the way to improve—no worries! But let me help you avoid fossilization. =)
