Hey! My name is Evi and my native language is greek. My main profession is a beautician and I have a certificate in teaching adults. I am teaching makeup and beauty mainly and I see that my students love me and understand quickly the new info. I had a unique way to explain things. I haven't taught the greek language yet, but I have teaching experience in other fields. With the greek language, you can deeply understand many words that are used in many languages. Foreigners that stayed in Greece managed to speak the everyday language in a few months. It really depends on your background and how easily you can learn a language. There are certain things that I find difficult such as dictation or talking fully correctly. But, for sure you can learn the basics pretty easily. Greek people love when foreigners try to speak their language and are very helpful and kind as well. So, next summer time you visit a greek island just say "Kalimera"="Καλημέρα"= "Good morning" and you are ready to go!
