I have more than 40 yrs teaching experience and I believe that I am a born teacher. I am currently teaching in the Foundation Phase. I have a love for Afrikaans and in my classes, I use fun ways to teach languages such as games, songs, rhymes, etc. I believe children learn best through play and when they enjoy the lessons. I also have a Level 5 (180 hours) TEFL certificate. So I am qualified to teach online lessons as well. My aim would be to teach this beautiful language of Afrikaans, with all its color and expressive and sometimes funny phrases, in such a way that my students would develop a love for it.
