Only available for 1 lesson per week on weekdays

Keio university graduate, taught japanese to exchange students in Tokyo. Rate from the 3rd week: $50/hr for online lessons. Face-to-face lessons rate starting from $120 for 1.5hr . I will provide lessons to each individual in a different way to suit the students' needs. Can teach JLPT or other Japanese exams. Can improve conversation skills via interaction in Japanese during the lesson. Can help to mark and grade compositions to improve writing skills. I have teaching experience in Tokyo and am confident that I can improve one's Japanese. Can conduct lessons in mandarin and am more proficient in Mandarin than English. However, I would recommend using Japanese to teach more.

Yuki is a very contentious and accommodating tutor who always makes an effort to check in during the lesson to ensure I’m doing ok and encourages me when I’m feeling overwhelmed. Learning a new language is never easy especially as a working adult but I’m very fortunate to have found her as my tutor and will continue my lessons with her for the long run!

Yuki is great! She is able to clearly explain the “rules” of the Japanese language and the difference in its grammatical structure to English so I have found her lessons to help much more than in my previous classes. I highly recommend Yuki!

ゆきさん is an excellent tutor! Her lessons are well organised and structured to meet the needs of her students, she is very patient and knowledgeable, and flexible enough to adjust the pace in which she teaches her students. I know she teaches kids but I am a middle aged adult and I’d highly recommend her as well.

Highly recommended for all proficiency levels. Able to cater to individual learning objectives (JLPT preparation, daily conversation etc). She is able to provide good explanations hence easy to understand.

Yuki sensei is very very good with my children. This is our 3rd time engaging a Japanese tutor and we are NOT changing ! My kids love her so much and look forward to her lessons every week. Their Hiragana and katakana improve so much in a short period of time.
