Private Italian Tutor in City of London and Online
I am a UK qualified teacher with 12 years of experience. I speak Italian, English, German, French and Spanish and have a passion for Germanic Philology.
I have a Master's Degree in English and German with Distinction and have also completed my CELTA in order to gain a deeper understanding of teaching techniques for adult learners.
At the moment I am teaching in a secondary school as well as at University so I am very confident in online teaching via Zoom and Teams.
I believe in situational context teaching and learning as well as drilling lexical items but I also believe that a bit of grammar won't hurt anyone (and my students can confirm it doesn't!) because it enables you to manipulate the language and go beyond what you learn in lessons.
