Native Italian (Bergamo) language tutor and professional actor. I'm equally fluent in both Italian and English. I have a wide range of tutoring experience: private tutoring both in person and online, Teaching Assistant in schools for SEN students and pupils who needed extra support with tasks; facilitator in medical courses; assistant in drama classes.

I'm very passionate about communication and storytelling and well versed in Italian and English phonetics and diction. I`ve studied all things classics in high school (Greek, Latin, History, Philosophy) and I have a BA from UCSC in Milan in "Cultural Heritage" - with a major in cinema, theatre, literature, music and arts.

I`ve been teaching students from all walks of life. I specialize in teaching English-speaking adults with a conversation-based method. All levels are welcome. We'll work on developing your speaking, listening, and reading skills.

During our trial lesson we'll do an assessment (grammar, conversation, reading) so that I can understand your level and goals and structure our sessions accordingly. I provide homework and send material on specific request. I believe a practical, student-oriented approach is more effective than theory heavy lessons. I like to create a balance of focus and fun where my students can dare, make mistakes and practice speaking as much as possible to build their confidence. Whenever possible, I like to keep my lesson close to my student's interests and passions. Languages are all about self-expression!
