Hi! My name is Julia and I'm an online German teacher for children and teenagers. I've been teaching German as a foreign and secondary language for the past 4 years and worked for schools in Beijing, Lima, and Hong Kong. My classes are for young learners between 4 and 12 years old and can be conducted online from the comfort of your home. My main focus is to keep classes fun and engage students from the beginning. Frequently Asked Questions
Is German easy to learn?
German is not an easy language to learn, especially once the grammar becomes advanced. However, in my experience, the younger the language learner, the better his/her pronunciation of a foreign language.
How much time does it take to learn German in Hong Kong?
Especially for young kids, I recommend one or two weekly sessions of 30 minutes (for children below 8) or 45 or 60 minutes for children above the age of 8.
