I'm a licensed teacher. I graduated BSED Major in General Science with 27 units in English and an MAED Major in Educational Management. I've spent 4 years teaching ESL and I'm proficient in teaching English and Filipino from kids to adult students. I have undergone 120-hour English training and became a certified TESL, TEYL, TEFL, and TESOL teacher last October 2022.

Learning the Tagalog or Filipino language is quite challenging, and requires intensive practice and actual communication with Native Filipinos. For those with language structures and patterns similar to Filipino, like Spanish, understanding and following it can be relatively easier. However, consistent practice, immersion, and interactions can help greatly facilitate the learning process. The learning process will depend on your effort and study habits. You can start with some basic conversational skills (which takes months), while fluency will require a couple of years for you to achieve it.
