I have a certification for being a mentor in my job right now and I handle people to train and being a mentor we teach the employee what to do and where to go during the training and how to communicate to the other people an that's also same as a teacher teaching the student what to do. And since I will teach the same language .as Filipino much easier to teach and also i love to teach people specially when they don't know what to do and for the certificate being a teacher is also a hard work because sometimes different people different thinking but at the end of the day its so fulfilling when you help them and teach them.
