Hi there, just call me Jade. I'm an aspiring teacher, able to teach and share my mother tongue, Filipino-Tagalog, with all who are interested in learning. I'm a cheerful person and a good listener. I graduated with a bachelor's degree, which is not related to teaching, but I have past experience working at a private high school in our community. I want to try teaching because I'd love to interact with different people of different ages and nations. Especially those who are interested in our own language, culture, and traditions. So that foreign students can communicate well and express themselves in a simple but easy-to-understand way. In time, they want to communicate with Filipino natives, such as in writing and speaking.
We know that there is a language barrier in every country, but there's also a saying that if you want to learn something, you will do your best to achieve it. Nothing is impossible if you have the enthusiasm to learn.
As a beginner coming from a different country, I think at first you may experience difficulties. It takes 3 to 6 months, but as long as you're eager to learn and interested, you will gradually learn it. Also, always be attentive, and determination is the key.
