I am a single mother of an American born daughter who is 12 years old now.
I also work in a BPO industry as a call center agent. I am usually assigned to a Technical Support Representative and/or Customer Care Specialist.

2 to 4 hours would be quite enough to learn Filipino dialects per day or during rest days, it depends on the clients availability
