I have been an ESL teacher for over three (3) years. My students are mainly Japanese. Throughout each lesson, I strive to establish a pleasant environment. Even though I do not have a bachelor's degree in education, I always ensure that they have the greatest instructor possible. What I enjoy about this profession is its convenience. Since I also work as a radio DJ (disc jockey), I could easily stretch my time.
As a radio DJ (disc jockey), I've been in the profession for over seven (7) years. It's taught me how to interact well with others, which is extremely important as a tutor. I also serve as an event host for a variety of occasions, including weddings and birthdays.
Because English is not my native language, I initially believed that teaching it to foreigners would be tough. However, because of my patience and commitment to my career, I was able to seize a chance. The same goes for you, who is here to learn our native language. It's difficult at first, but you'll get through it if you put in the work. Especially if you're being taught by a great teacher.
Tagalog or Bisaya is not difficult to learn. People in my region speak Bisaya and can communicate in Tagalog and English. So, if you find it tough to speak Bisaya or Tagalog, you can state it in English. And I think that the people here are very friendly.
Tagalog and Bisaya are not hard to learn in my area since everyone speaks it and can understand English as well.
It is easy if you get much exposure to the language and have an excellent teacher.
