I grew up in China, studied in the US, and reside in Hong Kong. Therefore, I am natively fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English.

I passed the exam for Teachers of Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages ("CTCSOL", the only qualification recognized by the Chinese government for teachers to foreigners). I also have rich Chinese teaching experiences, which are highly recognized by my foreign students.

I specialize in providing customized Chinese lessons to non-Chinese-speaking students, and Cantonese-speaking people who want to learn Mandarin, and vice versa, from teenagers to adults. I also provide business Chinese lessons, which help you to amaze your boss and clients, based on my actual experience in the business sector.

In my opinion, the ultimate purpose of learning a language is to communicate, either in verbal or written form. Therefore, I never treat Chinese as a subject, I treat it as a tool, just like a hammer and nail.
