Hello, my name is Cathy. I was born in China, and had been living in Beijing till 2019. Now I am based in Auckland, and I only teach online and in Auckland. I have gone through the whole process of learning English and came with the experience of how to master a totally different language system.
I have 3 years’ teaching experience, and I work with children from ages 5+ to adults. I would like to take time to understand every student's needs before teaching them, and then make a plan of what we will cover moving forward.
 If you're studying Mandarin, I'm very willing to help you in varieties ways, such as starting from Pinyin, learn to speak simple Chinese, or chatting in Mandarin. And I can share my experiences in China to help you know more about this country on culture, or job hunting, etc.

-Fluent in both Chinese and English, IELTS 6.5
-Bachelor of Arts, majored in English; Master of Management majored in Human resource management
