I am a native Cantonese speaker. Indeed I am fascinated by this language. The beauty in Cantonese is mostly on the spoken aspect, such as when and why people would say some words which they don't even have the official written forms. This is the mystery in Cantonese which you can just only learn through daily conversations. Undoubtedly, the written aspect is important too.
Other than Cantonese, I speak English too and a little bit Italian. I like the difference in different languages.
