Presently, I am volunteering as an English teacher for Lao children. This role is incredibly rewarding, as it allows me to directly contribute to the linguistic and personal development of young learners. I have worked as an administrative assistant, computer operator, executive secretary, and in many other capacities. As an administrative assistant, I coordinated office activities, managed schedules, and ensured smooth operations, requiring meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management skills. In my role as a computer operator, I developed a strong technical foundation by managing and maintaining computer systems to ensure their optimal performance. This position demanded a methodical approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving—skills that have proven invaluable in all subsequent roles. Serving as an executive secretary further refined my ability to handle high-pressure situations, manage executive schedules, and maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Beyond these roles, I am proficient in graphic design and familiar with Canva, a popular design tool. This skill has allowed me to create visually appealing content for various purposes, enhancing my ability to communicate ideas effectively. Additionally, I have experience with dropshipping platforms like Shopify, where I have managed online stores and streamlined the e-commerce process. This experience has given me insight into the intricacies of online retail and digital marketing. Language skills are another asset in my professional toolkit. I am fluent in English, which has been crucial in all my roles. I also have a basic understanding of Arabic and Japanese. My knowledge of Arabic was particularly useful during my time in Saudi Arabia, facilitating smoother daily interactions and a deeper understanding of the local culture.
