I was born in Tibet and became a Buddhist monk when I was nine years old. I came to India in 2008
and studied Tibetan Buddhism and Buddhist philosophy at a monastery in south India until 2013.

Then I left the monk life and worked as a magazine editor, Tibetan language tutor, and author of a series of children's story books.

In the last 8 years, I have been teaching Tibetan to Foreigners with different backgrounds, students, kids, and adults,
I have my materials and well-prepared lessons.
