I am Maria born and bred in Kenya. Kiswahili is my first language. I am a graduate of Kenyatta University in Kenya where I studied Kiswahili language and education. I have 24 years experience of teaching Swahili to secondary school students. I have prepared students for exams since 1998. I have taught learners grammar, sociolinguistics, literature, composition writing, poetry, reading and text analysis, and oral skills. Learning Swahili is very easy and enjoyable.
