My name is Valentina and I'm a native Slovenian speaker and experienced tutor. I've met a lot of wonderful people while teaching and gained a lot of valuable teaching experience. I will be happy to help you learn this beautiful, yet sometimes challenging language.
One-on-one lessons are tailored to each individual’s needs and are suitable for all levels.
We can learn anything, from basic everyday phrases, vocabulary, pronunciation, many different useful topics, grammar, etc. I usually use my own language material for the lessons. When students acquire more knowledge, we also read and talk a lot which is very interactive. I like students to be engaged in the learning process and ask questions. And most importantly, to have fun & be stress-free!
My students always say I'm very patient and open-minded. I'm also a nature lover and I love to travel. It's always a pleasure to hear how foreigners see and experience Slovenia from their perspective.
