I'm a teacher and translator of Russian, Finnish and English.
I have been teaching offline and online for two years now.
I have a degree in Philology and Education.
My mothertongue is Russian but I speak and teach English and Finnish as well. I try to use media-resources (music, social networks, songs etc) and good studying materials while teaching. Learning a language is fun but teaching it is a lot of fun too!
I have experience in teaching students of different ages (from 13 to 60).

How much time does it take to learn Russian in Helsinki?
It's a funny question which my stedents keep on asking me. There's no right answer. Everyone has their own learning style and speed, and that's what I like about teaching. I would'n want to lie to my students, so there is no such thing as learning in one day/week/month. It takes time and effort. Usually it takes about a year to switch to another level (from 0 to A2 and so on). Sounds like a lot? But it is true!
