How easy is it to learn Portuguese in Porto?
Not so easy. The main challenge in learning Portuguese in Portugal is that you don't really have to, since most people speak good English.
NOTE: I only teach online, two people max.
Is Portuguese easy to learn?
That's hard to answer; it's all relative. It's relatively easy if you already speak a Romance language (Spanish, Italian, French or Romanian) and not so hard if you speak English, because English has a lot of vocabulary that comes from either Latin or old French; the word 'vocabulary' is a great example.
