Olá! I am a native speaker of Portuguese, resident in Harpenden, England. I have been a Language Teacher since I graduated in 1993 in Faculdade de Letras in Porto. Since I came to the UK in 2010 I have been teaching Portuguese on a private basis, along with my main occupation as a Freelance Translator. I teach all levels, including Portuguese for Business. We started Portuguese with Cristina as total beginners. She was fantastic from Day 1; she is engaging, a great teacher and also fun. Portuguese isn't an easy language so making it fun is very important. We have no hesitation in recommending her.

Cristina is an excellent tutor who provided Portuguese lessons to my son. Communication with her has been excellent, she's very friendly yet professional. My son felt very comfortable talking to and learning from Cristina. Regular feedback was provided throughout our sessions on how my son was progressing which both my husband and I appreciated a lot.
