My teaching experience is 12. I work 7 days.I teach different dialects.I study linguistics (Scandinavian languages) at the University of Oslo. I teach both basic Norwegian and I prepare for all kinds of Norwegian exams (A1-A2, A2-B1, B1-B2, Bergenstest). I also introduce students life in Norway. I have a pedagogical education. I can teach in English, Ukrainian and Russian languages individually and in groups. I have the highest level of Norwegian - Bergenstest. I have a system and a program which I have been using for many years and which gives good results.

The learning curve is steep, the mistakes are corrected well. The only things that could be slightly improved would be giving more plans in advance based on my level.
In March 2024 I took the exam B1-B2 levels and today (10.04.24) I received my exam results.They are following-
Writing -B2.
Listening-B1
Reading-B1
Speaking-B1
I just got my results and I received the language level needed on an exam I need to continue with my immigration process! Alena helped me achieve this through our private lessons over many months. Alena is a fantastic tutor and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a personal tutor in Norwegian. She has been extremely flexible with meeting, and she sends through exercises after each session that we then practice together. She has been great in supporting difficulties in pronunciation and she clearly has a great knowledge in speech and language. I feel I have progressed already - even after only a few sessions.
Alena is a very skilled tutor and has a very structured approach helping me to improve my language skills. Each lesson, She is able to assess my progress/status and select the next best action plan. In just a few lessons with her, I feel I have progressed immensely under her guidance.

I’m super happy with Alena! She is structured and patient, which is particularly important to me as I struggle with dyslexia. It’s clear that she is very knowledgeable when it comes to languages and this is something I have benefited from as she is able to teach Norwegian in a way that ties in with my understanding of my native language which is English.
I have been learning norsk with Alena for the last few months, and my experience is just great. I have seen my progress although I am not an easy learner and I work long hours every day, but her effort for taking care and push me forward is just admirable. I also realized that she adapted her way of teaching me through time depending on my mood, energy and needs.
I try to learn as fast as possible because I need it for my social integration and work needs, but also because she is so motivated in making me learn, that makes me push my self forward also.
She goes straight to the issue always with a smile, her productivity and focus are also amazing EVERY SINGLE DAY...

She can explain the techinal things that a student needs to know about the language. She was able to clear out my confusions that i had before. Her teaching doesnt stop with the time for each session. She gives homework that can help student practice more.

The skype lesson is super well structured, super clear explanation and teaching method. we don't waste any single minute with Alena. She made me speak a lot, and only after 4 lessons, i really could tell that my Norwegian has been improved a lot. Such a great teacher!
