Hello, I’m Yeong-Joon. Nice to meet you.
I love meeting new people from different countries.
I want to talk to you about our culture in Korea.

My Certificate & Career

I have a Certificate from a Korean language teacher.
I have also a Teacher's Certificate from Korea and a TESOL(teaching English to students of other languages) certificate from Australia.
I taught my students English at school for over 14 years and Korean to some students who were not good at speaking Korean in school.
I have experience teaching Korean to my foreign friends who I met in Australia. I taught them Korean with English.

My teaching style
There are 4 classes. You can choose my class by level.

1. Beginner(1급) – I teach you the Korean alphabet and how to enunciate.
2. Intermediate(2급)
3. upper intermediate(3급이상)
4. Conversation class(No levels)
-Free talking about some topics. (with K-pop, K-drama, and Newspaper articles)

During the class
1. Small talk
2. Reviewing the last lesson & Checking the homework
3. New expressions and practice

we have small talk About our real life.
I think it is helpful to speak naturally with each other and not to be nervous.

I usually give you some materials that we studied (with pdf file or jpg file)
You can review the lesson by yourself
Homework with games at Kahoot app. And give you feedback.
It’s fun to do h.w. using app.

(New expressions and practice)
You can see Today’s expressions clearly with PPT.(including word list, grammar)
And practice it with worksheets, games
After that, we make sentences and some dialogue
You can get All materials that we studied with pdf.

If you like Korean drama or K-pop, I try to use video clips as a teaching method.
You can also have a chance to learn by script or lyrics.
