Hi! I am a first-year student studying BSc in International Relations at the LSE. I have experience in teaching in both Korean and English through school and tutoring. My favourite way of teaching is through building a genuine relationship with my students and identifying their individual goals.
By now, I'm sure that you have picked up some frequent words and slang from songs and dramas. This goes to show that Korean is not a difficult language to learn: there is an alphabet, there are no tones, and it is incredibly scientific. I'm here to help build the fundamental base that will uphold your understanding.
Not at all! Aside from professional resources, there are so many ways that you can be immersed in the language: through music, movies, and TV, and even food.
I think that it's a privilege to be in the City of London if you want to learn Korean, as it is more diverse than most other parts of the UK.
