I am Toshiko and I have been teaching Japanese and its culture in Australia for 38 years (initially in Melbourne for 17 years and the rest in Sydney). I taught at all levels of language teaching and for all of the major age groups, i.e. secondary and primary education, TAFEs (including working as the Department Coordinator at Holmesglen Institute of TAFE, its Language Centre, Melbourne for the Certificate IV course in Japanese for 7 years). I taught at many secondary schools for Japanese Courses as well as HSC courses. Likewise, I taught Japanese at the University of Sydney and RMIT (Melbourne).

In addition, I taught many corporate training courses and corporate staff (mostly multi-nationals) esp. through Sydney Language Solutions Pty Ltd where I have been teaching/tutoring for 9 years on a PT basis (and other places/agencies).
Also, I have my Japanese course video program that I edited and took the role of presenter at an online education course provider, Learning Fever.
I successfully taught a large number of students (both young and old) in tutoring.
Likewise, I worked in interpreting and translation on many occasions.
I am very highly qualified, professional-minded, innovative, creative, intelligent/intellectual, knowledgeable, passionate, efficient, friendly, humorous, and approachable in teaching the subject to any learners who wish to learn Japanese.
