Learn Japanese Language and Culture with Ayaka

Hi! I am Ayaka from Tokyo, where tradition and modernity mix. I have taught Japanese to my friends voluntarily during university and came to one conclusion: culture plays a distinct role in our spoken and written language. When speaking to elders, parents, friends, children, your colleagues, the language slightly changes to express different levels of politeness. Through my classes, I will walk you through Japanese that you can actively use in professional and personal settings.

I can tailor our sessions to your liking. If your goal is to be able to watch anime without reading the subtitles, we can focus on learning new vocabulary and strengthening your listening skills. If you wish to learn kanji and the meaning behind each word, we can dive into a deep, nerdy conversation. If you wish to learn about Japanese culture, I will blow your mind away with the most jaw-dropping traditions, interesting temples, and amazing food. If you want to be able to confidently speak Japanese, I am here. I can give you advice and help you with grammar and intonation. If textbooks are your jam, we can hit the books. I got you covered.
