Private Italian Tutor in Milano and Online

Italian, how wonderful!

Only avalaible for online lessons, unless you are in my hometown near Milan, where in-person lessons may be possible. I am a native Italian teacher. I have a master's degree in Modern Foreign Languages and Literatures (French and English). I offer lessons in conversation, grammar, vocabulary and communication functions of the Italian language. My classes are personalized according to the student's need or wish. Learning Italian with me is about much more than mastering vocabulary and grammar. It is an invitation to step into a world of irresistible aromas and flavors, music, food, fascinating curiosities, memorable anecdotes, and the unique features that make Italian different from other languages. Every lesson offers a glimpse into a culture that has evolved over thousands of years—a culture that is vibrant, rich, and full of life.
Because learning Italian means discovering an extraordinary heritage where language and culture are inseparable. It is a journey through art, history, traditions, and everyday life, as rich and satisfying as the first sip of a perfectly brewed morning espresso. Furthermore, being a French-speaking teacher in high school, I also have a long experience in interactions and mediation with native French speakers. First free lesson.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Italian easy to learn?

Absolutely! Italian is often considered one of the easiest languages to learn, especially for English speakers and for anyone who already knows another Romance language.
Its pronunciation is very consistent—you usually pronounce words exactly as they are written—and once you learn the basic rules, reading and speaking become much easier.

Is it difficult to learn Italian in Milano?

Not at all! Milan is actually one of the best places to learn Italian. As an international city, it offers countless opportunities to practice the language in everyday situations—whether you're ordering a coffee, shopping at a local market, chatting with neighbors, or exploring museums and cultural events. Another advantage of learning Italian in Northern Italy is the pronunciation. The Italian spoken here is generally clear, easy to understand, and very close to Standard Italian, making it an excellent model for learners.
