French journalist in New Zealand
I'm Lila, a 28-year-old French traveller from Brittany who has recently settled in Dunedin. Before coming to New Zealand, I was a journalist for an English-speaking international news channel in France, and I am bilingual (IELTS certification). I understand the French language is tough to learn, and I had some experience teaching adults of various levels in Australia with Tutoroo. I would be delighted to share my language and my culture with you, and why not teach you how to make crepes in French!
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the easiest way to learn French in Christchurch?
Always good to work on the basics while discussing what's great about France: culture and food! I’ll adapt to what you like.
Is French easy to learn?
If we forget the many, many exceptions to each grammar rule, it is extremely simple (but these exceptions do exist). We’ll start easy though, and nothing can resist motivation and enthusiasm.
