Moi! My name is Iiris, and I am a professional Finnish language teacher. I major in Finnish and other Finnish languages at the University of Turku (Master's degree), and I have taught the Finnish language now for 1,5 years to immigrant adults both on campus and online.
In my class, we will study Finnish mainly from a grammatical perspective, but we also learn the language by practicing vocabulary, reading, listening, and speaking.
I also learned Finnish as an adult, so I know the process and feelings of how to learn a language from 0, don't worry, it is impossible to master Finnish!
I speak Finnish, Japanese, English, and a bit of Swedish, Chinese, and German. In my free time, I like traveling, swimming, and reading!
