Hi! My name is Josel. I graduated with a bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology. I have been an ESL teacher since 2018. I teach different levels from beginner to advanced students. I can also handle kids and adult students. My mother tongue is Hiligaynon/Ilonggo but I am also fluent in Filipino. It is easy to learn Filipino as long as you are eager to learn the language by heart. The easiest way to learn Filipino is to take the first step in learning more Tagalog words, phrases, and their usage by speaking with native speakers as often as possible. Learning the Filipino language may take about 44 weeks but it may take shorter than that because it's actually one of the easiest languages to study and master. With that being said I am here to help you to study the Filipino language with excitement and fun.
Like in any language, there are factors that can make Filipino hard to learn. That said, it's actually one of the easiest languages to study and master. That doesn't mean that you can become fluent overnight, but compared to other languages, Filipino is a bit more straightforward.
No, It is very convenient to learn Filipino in Manila because this is mainly the place where mostly native speakers live and they use Filipino in their daily lives as a way of communication. Apart from that, taking online classes thru various applications can make the class way more easier if it is impossible for the student to go to The Philippines.
