Hello, my name is Elias, and I am 18 years old. I was born in Estonia to an Estonian mother and a French father with whom I spoke both languages on a daily basis ever since I could form words. I unfortunately don't have any official qualifications yet; however, I have helped friends and family with learning different languages and subjects. I am a patient and kind person and love seeing students' progress over time with my help. I am open to teaching Estonian, French, and English to people from all over the world who live mainly in Estonia. We can go to a cafe, a library, or even just for a walk if that's what you're most comfortable with; the choice is yours! Is Estonian easy to learn?
I think this mostly depends on the student. If you really put your mind to it and don't just hammer grammatical rules into your head, but instead also focus on the culture around our language, it'll be easier. However, don't get discouraged if your progress isn't as fast as you'd hoped it would be. Be patient and keep trying, and with every word and sentence, you're one step closer to being fluent :).
Is it difficult to learn Estonian in Tallinn?
No, definitely not. Being in Tallinn will give you the opportunity to further your speaking and pronunciation skills in daily life (e.g., asking for help in a store, ordering coffee at a cafe, asking for directions, etc.).
