Hi, I'm Merit! I was born in Estonia and have been teaching the Estonian language for seven years, helping students of all levels gain confidence. My teaching journey began at a university in Paris, where I taught for five years before transitioning to private online lessons.

I hold a master’s degree in French language and educational science, as well as another master’s degree in computational linguistics. My background in linguistics enables me to clearly explain the unique features of the Estonian language—its structure, logic, and distinctive characteristics. Being multilingual, I have a deep understanding of how different languages work, allowing me to draw connections between Estonian and other languages with varying grammatical systems. This skill helps me adapt my teaching approach to fit each student’s native language and learning style.
