My name is Surprise. I am a qualified TELF English teacher originally from South Africa. I am passionate about helping students improve their English speaking and writing skills to build their confidence and self-esteem. My lessons will be tailored to support students, especially beginners, to encourage a smooth and patient learning environment. I am TELF certified with 2 years and 6 months of experience helping students overcome their barriers to learning through mentorship driven by patience and compassion. I have over 2 years working as a school Social Worker of four primary schools and two high schools, where I closely interacted with and mentored students using specialised learning styles.
