Improve your English with an experienced native speaker

My name is Adam and I am a native English teacher from London with over four years teaching experience in the Hong Kong local school system. Whether it is conversational English for adult learners, exposure to an English environment for young learners or exam focused lessons for students, I can design and deliver tailor made lessons, with a focus on using student interests and lots of opportunity to practice. I use the trial lessons to gain a better understanding of what the student (and parents) want from the lessons, which allows me to design productive future lessons.

I have worked in both primary and secondary schools, following local and international curricula, helping students achieve great results in territory wide examinations such as TSA and DSE, as well as speech and debate competitions. I have also helped students get into band 1 secondary schools and achieve good results in Cambridge examinations. I am CertTESOL and PGCE qualified, and have been a private tutor since I was in secondary school.

I hope I can pass on my knowledge to my future tutees and bring out their confidence in learning English. I am very flexible with times and locations, and can teach online lessons too.
