Hi, I'm Tom. I'm a British English teacher based in Ho Chi Minh City, with nearly 10 years of teaching experience and a UK Master's degree.

I teach General English, Business English, IELTS and TOEIC, and have worked with hundreds of students from beginner to advanced level.

I try to keep my lessons practical and focused on what you actually want to use English for. For some students, that's feeling more confident in everyday conversations. For others, it might be using English at work, giving presentations, preparing for an exam, or simply expanding their vocabulary.

I don't use the same lesson plan for every student. We'll start by looking at your current English, what you want to improve and how much time you have available. From there, I'll plan lessons around your goals and give you ideas for studying independently between classes.

My teaching style is relaxed and supportive, but I'll also correct you and give you clear feedback when something needs improving.
