My mother made a wild decision after I was born to place me in a special nursery designed for infants to teach them English as well as our native language Estonian. That was very uncommon at that time, 33 years ago in our country. It was a perfect choice!
From there I went on to finish two years of college in South England.
I passed my English Language GCSE Exams the best in class.
These days, as I speak with people, most can't tell really where I'm from.
As in I can easily pass as American, British, Australian, or any other. (I'm none of those)
