Is English easy to learn?
It may be difficult at times. My first native English is British, so learning to speak "American" English was a little easier, but understanding its idiomatic and colloquial phrases and expressions took a little longer during childhood.
A lot of repetition and application by speaking what I heard and learned on a daily basis, and by reading aloud, helped with sentence flow and vocabulary development.
How much time does it take to learn English in Dusseldorf?
It all depends on how committed you are to what you already know and how much you want to learn and improve. One hour is usually sufficient, to begin with, a conversation on topics you are already familiar with. Gradually expanding to include other current events and topics.
