- I founded a bilingual school in China and it's been running sucessfully for 10 years.

- I enjoy tutoring because when I teach I see the desire to learn and I feel being needed. I especially enjoy making and witnessing progress with students.

- I tutored adults during my 9 years life in London, the UK. I then focus on teaching children during the past 11 years in China and the United States.

- My approach to tutoring include:
*Needs analysis and study plan during the first class
*Warm up discussions of study or personal life, sharing stories, singing songs, even silly dances.
*Discuss the topic for the lesson, guessing what's going to happen, who's involved, how things go, etc.
*Interactive teaching and learning of the topic, including watching real life video clips, drawing hints, listenging to stories, etc.
*Apply the target language to real life, by discussing real cases, stimulations.
*Feedback of the lesson and change plans for the following lessions
