Im very exclusive. I’m 40 years old and have been living in Zamalek, Egypt, for four years, while also maintaining a home in London, England

I have over 12 years of teaching experience English and Maths, having taught English in London where I grew up, as well as internationally across several countries as Head of the English Department. I have worked at prestigious international schools both abroad (USA, UK and Dubai) and here in Cairo including three international schools in Egypt, MES, British International school and Malvern College. My experience includes one-to-one tuition in students' homes, online teaching and classroom instruction. Having visited 43 countries, I bring extensive international experience and a broad understanding of different educational backgrounds to my teaching. I also hold a degree from the University of Lincoln in England, fully qualified as well as a TEFL and CELTA teaching certifications

WHAT I OFFER

I specialise in visiting students at home and teaching English or Maths in accordance with their school's curriculum, whether British or American.

I help students who are falling behind in class, struggling with specific areas such as reading, writing, grammar, speaking, pronunciation, accent, intonation and spelling, or simply looking to get ahead of their classmates or prepare for an upcoming exam.

All lessons are strictly one-to-one, with NO group classes.

MY CURRENT STUDENTS

I currently teach several private students aged 5–18 at numerous schools, including Malvern College, King's College, MES, BIS, Cairo American College, AUC and Repton.

I currently have students in several of the areas I serve, including Mivida Compound, Lake View Compound, Maadi, New Cairo, Sheikh Zayed Beverly Hills Compound, Heliopolis and Zamalek. I visit most of my students two to three times per week, and some families have worked with me for over three years. References are available upon request.

I also teach adult professionals at their home or office, including CEOs, salespeople and tour guides, specialising in Business English, networking, presentations and professional communication.

AVAILABILITY

I currently have only two in-person time slots available, so please get in touch soon.

I offer home visits in Cairo I am the ONLY British native teacher from London who is affiliated with the British embassy in Cairo who does this no other, I'm very exclusive hence my availability is very limited - Mivida Compound, Lake View Compound, Katameya Dunes, Mountain View Hyde Park, Maadi and Heliopolis. As I already teach students in several of these areas, I am familiar with travelling to these locations for regular lessons.

FEE'S ENGLISH & MATHS

Minimum booking: A two-week package is required for both online and in-person lessons.

In-person classes: $32 USD per hour or 1,700 EGP per hour, depending on your location and travel time, within a driving radius of up to one hour from my location in Zamalek.

Online classes: $19 USD per hour or 1,000 EGP per hour. Online lessons are conducted via Google Meet or Zoom, providing a convenient and interactive learning experience from the comfort of your home.

MONTHLY & QUARTERLY PACKAGE DISCOUNTS

Discounts are available when booking regular lessons in monthly and quarterly packages.

For example, if you book 3 hours per week for one month, you will receive a 10% discount on the total lesson fees, based on 12 hours of lessons.

IN-PERSON lessons at 1,700 EGP per hour:
Standard price: 12 hours × 1,700 EGP = 20,400 EGP
10% discount: 2,040 EGP
Discounted monthly total: 18,360 EGP

ONLINE lessons at 1,000 EGP per hour:
Standard price: 12 hours × 1,000 EGP = 12,000 EGP
10% discount: 1,200 EGP
Discounted monthly total: 10,800 EGP

Payments are accepted in cash, via InstaPay or by British or American bank transfer.
